1.General Terms

Welcome to par99 — an online gaming and sports betting platform operated at par99.pro, designed for players based in Pakistan. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users who register an account, access the website, use the mobile app, place bets, play casino games, or interact with any service offered by par99.

By registering an account or continuing to use par99 after any update to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are accessing the platform voluntarily, and that you accept full responsibility for all activity on your account. These Terms are written in English for Pakistani players and should be read in full before use.

par99 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. 2.Account Registration

To access betting, casino games or any paid feature on par99, you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to eligible players in Pakistan who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide — including your name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — is accurate and up to date.

• Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate or multiple accounts will result in the suspension of all linked accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. par99 is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access due to your failure to keep login details secure.
• Account registration and use is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and above. par99 may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm age and identity.
• par99 reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual without providing a reason.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Outdated information — particularly payment details — may result in delayed or failed withdrawals.

Verification may be required before your first withdrawal or at par99's discretion. This is a standard process and is not a reflection on your account standing. Having accurate information on file ensures your withdrawals process without delays.

3.Deposits & Payments

par99 processes all deposits and balances in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other mobile wallets as listed in your account deposit section. Available methods may be updated from time to time.

• Deposits are credited to your par99 balance instantly in most cases. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
• par99 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your provider before depositing.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are clearly displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may differ by payment method.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in account suspension.
• par99 does not accept deposits made in any currency other than PKR. Any conversion costs are your responsibility.

4.Withdrawals

par99 processes withdrawal requests in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified method linked to your account. Withdrawals are typically processed within minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and within one to two business days for bank transfers, though actual timing may vary.

• Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts registered in the same name as your par99 account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
• par99 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Providing accurate and up-to-date documents promptly will avoid unnecessary delays.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed in your account withdrawal section.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from active bonus offers may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus rules.
• par99 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This is a standard security measure.
• If your withdrawal cannot be processed due to incorrect account details, the funds will be returned to your par99 balance. It is your responsibility to ensure all withdrawal details are correct.

par99 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may deduct charges on their end. par99 has no control over third-party fees.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

par99 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses, PSL and Cricket season promotions, cashback offers and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page and to the general conditions set out here.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, meaning you must bet a specified multiple of the bonus amount before the funds become eligible for withdrawal. The exact multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• One Bonus Per Player: Bonuses are issued on a one-per-player, one-per-household basis unless otherwise stated. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses repeatedly will result in disqualification and account closure.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages for different game types are listed on the relevant promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins or credits expire if not used or wagered within the stated timeframe. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• par99 Right to Withdraw: par99 reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, including where abuse of the bonus system is suspected.

6.Betting & Gaming Rules

par99 offers sports betting — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports — as well as Live Casino, Slots, Fish Games and other game categories. Each game type operates under its own specific rules, which are available within the game interface or on the relevant section page.

• All bets are final once confirmed. par99 does not allow bets to be cancelled or amended after placement unless a specific cash-out feature is available for that market.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to your bet, except in cases of obvious pricing errors, which par99 reserves the right to void.
• In the event of a match abandonment, cancellation or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport or market, as published on par99.
• par99 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for Casino and Slots games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• par99 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match-fixing, data feed errors, or where a bet was placed in error at clearly incorrect odds.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets and game categories. These are displayed at the point of bet placement.

Cricket betting on par99 covers PSL group matches, qualifiers, the final, bilateral series and major ICC events including the T20 World Cup. In-play betting is available during live matches. Always check the market status before placing an in-play bet.

7.Prohibited Conduct

par99 maintains a fair and secure environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on par99, whether under the same name, a different name, or using a different device or IP address.
• Using another person's payment account, identity documents, or personal details for registration or verification purposes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained this way will be voided and the account suspended.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate platform outcomes.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money through deposits, play and withdrawals on par99.
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes.
• Accessing par99 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.

8.Account Suspension & Closure

par99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. This may occur with or without prior notice, and includes but is not limited to situations where:

• A player has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, identity theft or money laundering is suspected or confirmed.
• Duplicate accounts are detected.
• A player requests self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• par99 is required to act by law, regulation or at the request of a relevant authority.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, legitimate funds in your balance will be held securely during the review period. Where a suspension is found to be in error, your account will be reinstated and access to your balance restored.

You may also request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting par99 support via live chat. Any unused real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after applicable checks are completed.

9.Privacy & Data
